Mark Burkel, Partner
Mark brings more than 20 years of providing dispersed or
otherwise inaccessible information to targeted publics. Mark
is the creator of the firm’s media placement tool, Impact
Mapping, and is a research and database management expert. Through his efforts, we can track the impact of public relations activities and other information events on sales and stock price
while planning your next move.
Prior to joining NMC Partners, he worked in real estate
analysis for First Interstate Bank and pioneered the use of
data management to expand market penetration of emerging
banking products.
While undoubtedly one of the few PR people who has studied
time-series analysis and taught statistics, Mark is a highly
capable PR practitioner who leads his clients to high-value
placements in leading publications. His tactics shape the
perception of client activities into award-winning
activities. Most recently, one of his clients was
recognized by an international research organization for
their innovative use of technology. Mark's work with another client,
the GPS division of Pharos Science and Applications resulted
in it being recently honored as having the most awards in
the GPS category--beating much larger rivals TomTom, Garmin
and Magellan. |
